Activate the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) option and remain compliant with the law.

The General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) is a central EU Law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It aims primarily to give citizens and residents back control over their data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.
To Activate GDPR, click on the "Admin" Module on the left-hand side of the menu.

You need to now click on the Other Tab and select the GDPR option.

Once you click on GDPR, you will be redirected to the GDPR screen. Once you enable this option, the system will take care of the information and actions necessary for GDPR compliance, such as candidate consent, candidate rights, etc.

Set a flag to ON to enable GDPR Compliance and select the consent period from the drop-down to set for the Applicant/Candidate as per your requirement. By default, it will be selected for 3 months.

Set the flag to ON to get notified by the system whenever the consent request of the applicant/candidate expires.

Set the flag to ON to compulsorily take consent from the applicant/candidate before submission of the application for the Terms and Conditions agreement that includes the terms, the rules, and the guidelines of acceptable behaviour, plus other useful sections.

Note: Click on the “Update” button and log in to get the effect as per your applied preference.
The applicant can see the terms & conditions
The user can send an Email for a consent request
The system is going to capture the following additional information for the candidate
1. Consent Issued Date
2. Consent Expiry Date
3. Record Audit Trail Information
4. Candidate Access to the system
