Matching Score Calculation

Matching scores now appear as clear grade labels for quick understanding.

The match score is calculated using:

• Keyword matching between job and resume.

• Query match score (field-level accuracy).

• Behavioral signals (e.g., past activity, resume updates).
  
  

Candidate Filtering Rules

• Displays up to 100 matching candidates per job

• Only candidates with a match score of 50% or higher are shown

• Behavioral tags appear as filter options at the top with real-time count updates

Semantic Matching Enhancements

Our AI Matching now recognizes similar job titles and skills automatically.

Key points:

• Semantic matching is ON by default.
• Works with Job Title, Skills, and Qualifications.
• Automatically fetches known combinations for accurate matching.

New Elements in Matching Candidate List

• “Open to Work” signal visible.

• Notes section beside the candidate’s name.

• LinkedIn and WhatsApp columns for quick contact.
  

• “Exclude candidates assigned to another active job” is now a toggle switch.
  
  

• We have added a tooltip icon that displays the candidate’s matching criteria on hover.
  

New Ranking Control

Candidate relevance is now influenced by behavioral signals, such as:

• Recently Updated Resume

• Applied for the job

• Marked as “Open to Work”

• Submitted before

• Cleared interview

• Offered previously

• Hired in the past

These signals automatically increase a candidate’s match score.

Note: “Improve Ranking with Data Signals” switch is enabled by default.

Missing data for AI Matching Candidates

When using AI Matching Candidates from the Job dialog, if required job fields are missing.
