In recruitment, there are occasions where a candidate is not currently interested in changing jobs or isn't suitable for the current position, but could be valuable in the future. To manage this, recruiters utilize the "Block Candidate" feature, which temporarily or permanently halts the recruitment process for that individual without removing them from the system. This ensures that the candidate's information is retained for potential future opportunities, streamlining processes and maintaining positive candidate relationships for future engagement.

Step 1: Go to the Candidates Module from the left-hand side menu option.

Step 2: Click on the Candidate's Name and the Candidate View Dialogue box will appear. Click on the three-dots button at the top of the dialogue box and select the “Block Candidate” option.

The system will ask for the confirmation and if you are ready to Block, click on the “Yes” button.

To enable the feature of Blocking Candidate, Turn the feature ON in the Tweak Settings under System Configuration. 

Go to Admin Module from the left-hand side of the menu. Click on the Global settings and then go the System Configuration option.

Under Tweak Setting you will get the option of Enable Block Candidate Feature, you can turn it on and Click on the Update button.
