Jobs within a system can be closed due to various reasons such as completion of a job, fulfilment of requirements, inability to find suitable candidates and more. These closed jobs can be reponed at any time.

In the Active Jobs screen, you can see the active Jobs. If you want any details of the jobs that were active before but are now closed for any reason, you can follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Click on the "Jobs" Module from the left-hand side menu.

Now click on the “Show All” button.

Step 2: Click on the List View filter from the right-hand side of the screen.

Now you can filter the Jobs status-wise as Closed.

Step 3: You will get the list of closed Jobs.

Step 4: Click on the three dots from the right-hand side menu of the Job which you want to reopen and select Change Status.

Step 5: After clicking on the change status option a pop-up window for the change status will appear, from there you can change the status to Active Job. Click on the Update button below to Update the status of the Job as Active.

Step 6: Now you can see the same Job reopened by clicking on the "Show Active" button with the status Active in the Jobs screen.
