You can change a lead's status when there is progress at each stage. This will also help you understand the lead's exact progress, and you can even track the lead stages-wise in the system. 

To change the status of the Lead, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on Leads from the left-hand side menu option and you will get redirected to the ‘Manage Lead’ Screen.

Step 2: Click on the current status of the Lead to make it editable and you will get the list of the status you have for Leads.



 

 

Step 3: A drop-down menu will pop up, which contains a list of statuses. Select the Status as per your requirement.



 

 

Step 4: You will see the status of the Lead is changed as per your workflow.

 


 

 

Mass Status Update.

You can also update the status for multiple Leads at a time. 

Step 1: Select the required leads whose status you wish to change, click on more actions, and select the Change Status option. 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: A pop-up window will appear to help you choose the required status. Select the necessary status from the top down and click on update to change the status of multiple leads.
