If you work for long hours on the system and do not want to strain your eyes, you can easily switch to the dark theme. By default, the system is in light mode.

You can change the screen mode using the option available on the top bar. Whatever mode you select remains saved, and whenever you log in again, the application will load in the same mode. 

When you change the screen mode to Dark mode, it will look like the following.
