How to Enable the AI-Powered Website Chatbot

Step 1: Navigate to the agent screen

  • Go to Agent Screen → AI-Powered Website Chatbot (Olivia)

Step 2: Request Chatbot Activation

  • Click the Contact Support button to start your activation request.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear:
    “Are you sure you want to enable the AI-Powered Website Chatbot on your website?”
  • Click Confirm to submit your request.

Step 3: Confirmation Message

  • Once submitted, you will see:

    “Your request has been submitted to the support team. They will contact you shortly to proceed with the setup.”

  • You will also receive an email confirmation:

  • Visitors can type questions related to your jobs, services, or general business queries on your website.

  • The chatbot fetches real-time, precise answers from your website content.
