With this agent, you can:

How to Use the Executive Research Agent

Step 1: Provide input

Enter the LinkedIn Profile Link of the executive you want to research

Optionally enable Share with others (Boolean switch) if you want teammates to view the results

Step 2: Run the agent

Click the Run With Peter button

You’ll see a waiting message:
 Hang tight! One of our smart agents is on the job and processing your request right now.

Step 3: View results

Once ready, you’ll see a success message:
 Success! Everything’s ready, take a look at your results.

The system will return a structured executive profile with:

Verified biographical details (name, role, company, location)

Work history and education

Skills and expertise

Leadership style and communication insights

DISC-based personality analysis with rationale

Recruitment relevance (roles fit, industry focus, location preferences)

A recruiter-ready summary for client briefs

An Export to PDF button to easily download the report.

Data Sources

The agent only uses publicly available, verifiable sources, such as:

• LinkedIn (profiles, experience, education, endorsements)

• News and press mentions

• Company/team websites

• Event sites, talks, and podcasts

• GitHub, Medium, ResearchGate (when relevant)

• Crunchbase (for startup founders/executives)

Note: Data is never fabricated. If no information is found for a field, it is returned as Not Available.

Quick Access to the Executive Research Agent

You can now launch the Executive Research Agent directly from multiple candidate screens:

• Candidate Search

• Pipeline

• Job Dialog → Candidates Tab

• Candidate Dialog

A Run Agent icon will appear beside the LinkedIn icon in both List View and Grid View, and inside the Candidate Dialog.

How the Icon Works :

The icon is active when the candidate has a LinkedIn URL.

It remains disabled if no LinkedIn URL is available.

What Happens When You Click It :

When you click the Run Agent icon:

• You’ll be taken to the Executive Research Agent page.

• The system automatically fills in the candidate’s LinkedIn URL.

• You can run the agent immediately no copy/paste required.

Next Steps: Importing Candidates

At the bottom of each generated executive profile, you’ll see a button:

Import as Candidate

Clicking this will move the executive profile into your candidate pipeline (see Company Insight Agent for details on the import flow).
