The Export Submission Profile Agent enables you to generate professional, AI-powered reports for submitting a shortlist of executive candidates to your clients. These reports can include candidate details, optional DISC analysis, comparison tables, and document links — all neatly compiled into a downloadable format.

How It Works

1. From the Agent Screen, click on Export Submission Profile Agent.
   

2. You’ll be redirected to the setup screen with the following options:
   

• Job Title:
  A dropdown listing all active jobs (single select).

• Candidates:
  A multi-select dropdown showing candidates assigned to the selected job.

  • Users must select a minimum of 2 candidates.

  • A maximum of 4 candidates can be added

• Share with others:
  A Boolean switch that allows you to make the report available to colleagues or clients.

Candidate Selection

• Once candidates are selected, their pictures and names will display below the configuration area.

• A “Run Agent” button will appear beneath the selected candidates.
  

• The agent runs under the name Grace, so in history you will see the activity as “Run with Grace”.

Report Structure

When the report is generated, you will see the following sections:

1. Comparison Summary

Displays a side-by-side overview of the selected candidates, including:

• Match Score

• Job Title

• Current Company

• Experience

• Leadership Style

• Functional & Industry Expertise

• Availability (e.g., notice period, relocation)

2. Matching Analysis

This section provides a breakdown of candidate suitability with three components:

• Positive Match → Highlights candidate strengths (e.g., matching job title, valid contact details).

• Negative Match → Lists gaps or missing details (e.g., lack of skills or location info).

• DISC Analysis → AI-generated behavioral assessment based on publicly available information.

⚠️ Guidance: “This DISC analysis is generated by AI based on publicly available information and is intended as an indicative insight only.”

Export & Sharing Options

• At the bottom of the report, you’ll see a button: Export to PDF.

• You can use tools like PDFFiller to quickly edit the information in the PDF.

• Reports are stored in Agent Activity History where you can:

  • Review past reports

  • See agent status (e.g., Completed)

  • Manage sharing with the Share with Others toggle
