Martha is your Match Monitor Agent that works automatically in the background to find new matches between your open jobs and recently added or updated candidate profiles.
She makes sure you never miss a potential match, and sends you an email update every day with the latest results.
Go to Agent >> Martha
Martha runs once every 24 hours.
It checks for new or updated candidates (based on your selection).
Matches are found using your open jobs.
A summary email is sent to you with all new matches.
You’ll always see job and candidate data only for the roles you have access to.

Note: At least one of these must be selected.

Click Run with Martha to start.
Once started, Martha works in the background you’ll get an email when results are ready.

You’ll receive a table showing:
Candidate Name
Designation
Location
Experience
Matching Job Name
Matching Score
Created/Updated Date
Each name or job link opens directly in iSmartRecruit for a quick view.
Once Martha sends you the email, you’ll also get a dashboard notification confirming:
You can monitor Martha’s activity from the Agent History screen.
If Martha is running, you’ll see the Stop Agent button.
If you try to start it again while it’s running, you’ll see:
“Agent is already running. Please stop it first or check its status in the history.”
Click Stop Agent.
Confirm the action in the pop-up message.
The history view shows:

Current status (In Progress/ Completed)
