The Sourcing Agent is your AI-powered helper that automatically searches for the best candidates for your open jobs. Instead of spending hours on multiple platforms, you can set up the agent once, and it will find profiles from your database, the web, competitor companies, referrals, and even social media.
Open the Sourcing Agent
Go to Agent Screen → Sourcing Agent.
Choose the Job
Select the active job you want to source candidates for (required).
Select Sourcing Options
Select Precision filters
Strictly Check Location
Strictly Check Experience
Strictly Check Industry Type
Run the Agent
Click Run Agent.
When you click Run Agent, the system will first ask for confirmation before starting.
If you click Yes → The agent will start running in the background and you’ll get a notification once the task is complete.
If you click No → The agent will not run, and no actions will be taken.
The agent works in the background and finds candidates.
Once finished, you’ll get a notification:
“Agent sourcing in progress. Check the Candidates tab under the Job dialog for updates.”
After each run, users can view the total candidates sourced (excluding rejected) and directly access them via a new “View Sourced Candidates” button. 
You can run up to 3 sourcing agents per domain.
Each campaign can include up to 2 job titles.
If you choose Connected Email but haven’t linked your account, you’ll see:
“Please connect your email account in Profile Settings.”
You can now launch the Sourcing Agent directly from key job screens for a faster and more convenient workflow.
Where You’ll See the Run Agent Icon
The Run Agent icon is now available in:
Job List
Job Dialog
In the Job Dialog, it appears next to the Job Description (JD) icon, and it also replaces the old Add Note icon.
What Happens When You Click the Icon
Clicking the Run Agent icon opens a small dialog:

A dropdown where you can choose between:

Head Hunting Agent
Run (Green) button
Close (Gray) button
Running the Sourcing Agent
If you select Sourcing Agent and click Run:
You’ll be redirected to the Sourcing Agent page.
The Job Name will be auto-filled for you.
You can start sourcing candidates immediately.
