Once the Candidate is Placed/Hired after passing the interview, you can send the Candidate to the Onboarding screen, where you can send some information to get verified, send documents, and get signed documents from the Candidates.

There are three options for initiating the process of Candidate Onboarding.

 

Option 1. Go to the  Candidates Module from the left-hand side menu.



Click on the Candidate name and the Candidate View Dialog Box will be seen. Click on the three dots and then click on the Initiate Onboarding option.

 

Select the Job for which you want to hire the Candidate and Click on the Initiate button.

 

Option 2. Change the status of a candidate to Hired.

 

After Clicking on the update button You can generate an offer letter by clicking on the Generate Offer letter button.

 

Fill in all the required details and Generate an offer letter by Sending an Email.

 

After Filling all the offer details you will be redirected to the offer letter screen. There you need to choose or upload your template for the offer letter and click on Next.

 

After clicking on Next, You will be redirected to the Send to Candidate screen. You can either send your offer letter for E-Sign or preview it before sending it to the candidate. 

After doing these Steps you can click to Send via Email button to send an Email to Candidate.

 

Click on the send button at the bottom to send an Email.

 

Option 3. In the Onboarding Screen, click on Add New Hire.

 

Fill out the form with the candidate details and click on Save.

 

Click on Initiate Onboarding for the candidate whom you want to start the onboarding for.
